1. BIDDER REGISTRATION:
The auction is open to the public and all bidders will be required to register with the auctioneer. Bidder Registration will begin at 9:00 A.M. on Auction Day.
2. PREVIEWS:
Vehicles offered at this auction will be available for previews on December 18 from 1:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M., December 19 from 9:00 A.M. until auction time. Vehicles are offered and sold in As-Is condition without warranty.
3. AUCTION SITE:
The auction will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. on December 19 at 2300 W 84th St, Hialeah Florida, 33016
4. DEPOSITS & FINAL PAYMENT:
Purchasers are required to make minimum deposits on each vehicle purchased in the amount of 25% of the full purchase price. Full payment can also be made on auction day with Motor Vehicle Titles on site. Balances due will be due no later than Monday, December 21 by 3:00 P.M. Final payment must be in the form of cash or Cashier's Check or Money Order only.
5. FLORIDA SALES TAX:
All sales are subject to the rules of the Florida Department of Revenue.  Florida Sales Tax is payable at the time of vehicle registration and the Motor Vehicle Title is transferred.
6. FORM of AUCTION:
This auction is conducted pursuant to instructions from the Seller. The Vehicles Herein will be Sold Subject to Confirmation.
7. BUYER'S PREMIUM:
A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to all top bids and included in the total purchase price.
8. METHOD of SALE:
(a) The method and order of sale will be at the auctioneer's discretion.
(b) Recognition of bid increments will be at the discretion of the auctioneer.
(c) In the event items are offered at auction and no bids are received, the auctioneer may remove them from the order of sale offering them at a later time during the auction and/or regroup them with other items.
(e) The Auctioneer & the Seller reserve the right to add or delete any item (s) from the auction.
(f) The terms and conditions of sale may be changed by announcement from the auction podium. Any such announcement will take precedence over previously printed materials or oral statements made.
(g) Bids will only be accepted from bidders who have registered with the auctioneer.
(h) In the event of disputes between bidders or tie bids, the auctioneer's decision will be final.
(i) The Auctioneer reserves the right to sell the assets in bulk or by the piece.
(j) The Auctioneer reserves the right to ask for additional deposits from any bidder during the course of the auction. In the event a deposit is requested and not given, vehicles previously sold may be subject to resale at the option of the Seller or Auctioneer.
(k) All information contained in the Auction Flyer, newspaper ads, web site or furnished by staff members is believed to be correct but is not guaranteed.  Bidders must rely upon their own information, judgment and inspection of the vehicles offered.
(l) The auction will be audio taped to provide a record of the auction event.
(m) Purchasers are not permitted to resell vehicles purchased during the auction to third parties or reassign auction clerking tickets to other bidders.
(n) Motor Vehicle Titles not available at the auction site will be supplied to Top Bidders following payment in full as soon as possible but no later than 10 days after the auction. In the event a Top Bidder fails to make final payment deposits given will be forfeited as liquidated damages.
9. REMOVAL:
All purchases must be removed from the premises as soon as possible.  Arrangements for removal of vehicles must be scheduled through George Richards of National Auction Company. Purchases must be picked up no later than 3:00 P.M. December 21. Purchasers are responsible for advising National Auction Company who is authorized to remove them from the storage lot. Vehicles removed by contracted transports or tow trucks must have written authorization for removal signed by the purchaser and accompanied by a copy of the paid receipt.

Take Ramp (RIGHT) onto SR-826 [Palmetto Expy] towards SR-826 . Turn RIGHT onto Ramp towards SR-924 / Gratigny Pkwy / NW 138th St / SR-916 E / Toll Road. Keep RIGHT to stay on Ramp towards SR-916 / NW 138th St. Keep LEFT to stay on Ramp. Turn LEFT (West) onto NW 138th St [W 84th St]. Arrive 2300 W 84th St, Hialeah, FL 33016.
From Florida’s Turnpike: At exit 34, turn RIGHT onto Ramp towards NW 106th St / Gran Park Blvd. Road name changes to NW 106th St [Beacon Station Blvd]. Road name changes to NW 116th Terrace [Beacon Station Blvd]. Road name changes to NW 116th Way [Beacon Station Blvd] Road name changes to Hialeah/Hialeah Gardens Blvd. Bear RIGHT (East) onto NW 122nd St [W 68th St]. Turn LEFT (North) onto W 28th Ave [NW 87th Ave]. Turn RIGHT (East) onto NW 138th St [W 84th St]. Arrive 2300 W 84th St, Hialeah, FL 33016.
